1. Modular Platform & Free Core OS

Trevidia provides a $0/month Free Core platform alongside optional paid modular add-ons (Invoicing Pro, Outreach Pro, Content Pro, Extra Seats) and prepaid AI Credit packs.

2. Internal KYC, Escrow Hold & Cash Dispensing Policy

To maintain a zero-fraud ecosystem, workspaces must complete Internal KYC verification prior to accepting card payments on invoices or enabling automated cold email sequences. Card payments collected on invoices are subject to a 7–14 day escrow maturation period and a 10% rolling reserve prior to payout dispensing.

3. Acceptable Outreach & Anti-Spam Compliance

Users must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and applicable outreach laws when importing contacts from Snov.io or CSV and executing multi-mailbox sequences.
