1. Data We Collect & Protect

Trevidia collects workspace account information, CRM contact records, invoice documents, and encrypted integration credentials required to deliver our Unified Client & Growth OS.

2. OAuth2 & Mailbox Credential Encryption

All connected Gmail, Microsoft 365 / Outlook, QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar/Meet, and Private SMTP/IMAP credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before storage.

3. Internal KYC Vault Security

Identity and business verification documents submitted for payment processing and cash payout eligibility are stored in a private, SSE-KMS encrypted vault accessible only to authorized compliance reviewers via short-lived pre-signed URLs.
